At 40, my life was a mess: my marriage ending and I was financially, spiritually and emotionally bankrupt, plus my confidence was SHOT! I was totally lost and felt very useless with no vision or purpose. I did not want to get out of bed! How does that happen to the Homecoming Queen, the Cover Girl, and Actress? Looking back on that very difficult time I decided to write about my journey in the hopes that it would help someone going through a hard time. My journey is here to inspire you and let you know that you are definitely not alone; it can happen to anyone. Anyone can fall down – but not everyone will get back up. My hope is that you will, as I did.
